What to include
When it fits, include:
- what you were trying to do;
- what happened instead;
- your iPhone model and iOS version;
- the Inksightful app version;
- screenshots, if they help explain the issue.
Account, purchase, and privacy requests
For account access, purchase issues, data questions, or deletion requests, email support@inksightful.app from the address you use with Inksightful when possible.
Before sending notebook content
Please do not email sensitive notebook pages unless they are needed to explain the issue. A short description or cropped screenshot is usually enough.
